In the law noted that most the things that wory does not exist in reality.That is most things are feared by humans it wil not happen becaus the real illusion arsing in the hearts of a lot more then the actual reality in nature.
A poet said;"I say to my self ;"If sadness began attacing cheer up,becaus actually most frightening thing wos just an illusion . means that if you got a news story or heard of the disaster then respon with calm and do not be sad.
